7 Easy breakfast Recipes for Office professionals                           

1. Bread Omelette

Ingredients for bread Omelette:

1. Take 2 bread Slices.

2. Take 3 Eggs.

3. One Medium size chopped onion.

4. Finely Chopped Green Chilly 1 or 2.

5. Chopped Coriander leaves 2 tbl spns.

6. Black pepper powder 1/4 tbl spn.

7. Turmeric powder A generous pinch.

8. Salt to taste.

9. Take Oil 2 tbl spns.


Method for bread Omelette:

1. Add 3 Eggs into a bowl.

2. Beat them nicely.

3. Add Turmeric Powder.

4. Add Black Pepper Powder & salt to taste.

5. Mix them nicely.

6. Add Onion.

7. Add Green Chilli & coriander leaves into it.

8. Mix again properly for few seconds.

9. Heat up little Oil in a pan.

10. Spread all over the pan.

11. Use Moderate low flame.

12. Place bread slices & toast them both sides.

13. Spread & Heat Up  little oil in pan.

14. Pour Egg mix & spread it like a thin omelette.

15. Coat Egg mix to bread slice & place it.

16. Cook for 2 minutes untill omelette is done on low flame.

17. Close omelette all sides & cover bread slice.

18. Enjoy the Easy & tasty breakfast.

2. Rava Idli with Coconut Chutney

Ingredients for Rava Idli :

1. Take Rava/Sooji - 1 Cup.

2. Take Curd/Yogurt - 1/2 Cup.

3. Water - 1 Cup (250 ml).

4. Finely Chopped Green Chilli 1 or 2.

5.Finely Chopped Ginger - 1/2 inch piece.

6. Chopped Coriander Leaves - 1 or 2 tbl spns.

7. Curry Leaves 8-10.

8. Grated Carrot - 1 or 2 tbl spns.

9. Urad Dal - 1 tbl spn.

10. Take Broken Cashews - 1 tbl spn.

11. Cumin Seeds - 1 tbl spn.

12. Mustard Seeds - 1 tbl spn.

13. Oil - 1 tbl spn.

14. Ghee - 1 tbl spn.

15. Baking Soda - 1/2 tbl spn.

16. Salt to taste.

17. Hing/Asafoetida - A generous pinch.


Method for Rava Idli:

1. Take Rava/Sooji.

2. Put Curd/Yogurt.

3. Put Salt to taste.

4. Mix it Nicely.

5. Put Water.

6. Mix well & make sure no lumps in it.

7. Cover lid & rest it for 20-30 mins.

8. Heat Up tadka pan or any small pan.

9. Put Oil into it.

10. Put Ghee into it.

11. Now put Mustard seeds.

12. Put Cumin Seeds.

13. Allow them to sputter for 15 seconds.

14. Put Urad dal into it.

15. Put Cashews.

16. Fry them for another 30 - 40 seconds.

17.Put Curry leaves into it.

18. Put Green Chilli.

19. Put Ginger.

20. Fry for 30 seconds.

21. Put Hing/Asafoetida.

22. Give a Stir.

23. Turn off flame.

24. Put Tadka mix into batter.

25. Put Grated Carrot into batter.

26. Put Coriander leaves.

27. Mix them Nicely.

28. Put Baking Soda.

29. Mix thoroughly & properly with batter.

30. Batter is Ready.

31. Pour Water into Idli Cooker.

32. Heat up & boil the water.

33. Gease little oil to idli moulds.

34. Pour batter into idli moulds.

35. Once water is boiling,place idli moulds into idli cooker.

36. Cover Lid & cook for 10-12 mins.

37. Put the flame to moderate high.

38. After 10 mins remove the lid.

39. Wet your fingers with water & press on idli's,if they come out clean without sticking to idli's that means idli are ready.

40. Allow them to cool slightly.

41. Remove into plate or serving bowl.

42. Serve hot with coconut chutney.

 
 


3. Veg Upma

Ingredients for Veg Upma :

1. Take Sooji/Semolina - 1 Cup.

2. Oil - 2-3 tbl spns.

3. Mustard Seeds - 1 tea spn.

4. Slit Green Chilli - 3.

5. Finely Chopped Ginger - 1 inch piece.

6. Hing/Asafoetida Powder - A generous pinch.

7. Finely Chopped Small Onions - 2.

8. Salt to taste.

9. Turmeric Powder - A generous pinch.

10. Chilly Powder - 1 tea spn.

11. Finely Chopped Carrot - 1.

12. Finely Chopped French beans - 7-8.

13. Fresh Peas - 1/2 Cup.

14. Water - 2 Cups.

15. Ghee - 1 tea spn.

16. Chopped Coriander leaves - 2 tbl spns.


Method for Veg Upma :

1. Dry Roast the Sooji/Semolina untill it becomes golden in colour & keep it to cool.

2. In a Deep potted pan take some Oil & let it heater.

3. Once the Oil is hot add a teaspoon of mustard seeds & let them crack in.

4. Add 3 slit green chillies & a inch of ginger finely chopped.

5. Add a pinch of hing/Asafoetida powder.

6. Put two small onions into it finely chopped.

7. Add salt to taste.

8. Untill it cooked like slit golden in colour its good enough.

9. Now Add a pinch of turmeric powder.

10. Put a  teaspoon of chilli powder.

11. Mix it Up.

12. Add a carrot finely chopped.

13. Put 7-8 french beans finely chopped.

14. Add half a cup of fresh peas.

15. Mix it with the onions.

16. Add just a little bit of water to help cook the vegetables & cover it up for 3 minutes.

17. After the water has dried up completely & vegetables are also 80% cooked.

18. Add dry Roast the Sooji/Semolina & mix it nicely so that the vegetables are mixed throughly.

19. Now add some water (2 cups) so the ratio should be maintained for cooking the upma is 1:2 so put accordingly.

20. Add a teaspoon of ghee.

21. Mix it well & add some coriander leaves & thats it the breakfast is ready to serve.

4.Wheat Flour Pancake

Ingredients for making 4-5 Wheat Flour Pancakes :

1. Take Wheat Flour - 1 Cup.

2. Finely Chopped Onion - 1/2.

3. Finely Chopped Tomato - 1/2.

4. Slit Green Chilies - 2.

5. Finely Chopped Coriander leaves - 2 tbl spns.

6. Take Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spn.

7. Take Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tea spn.

8. Salt to taste.

9. Take Oil - 2 tea spn.

10. Take Water - 1 & 1/2 cup approx.


Method for 4-5 Wheat Flour Pancakes :

1. Take wheat flour in a bowl.

2. Put Salt,Turmeric powder & cumin seeds into it.

3. Add Green Chilies,onion,tomato & coriander leaves in it.

4. Mix it well.

5. Put 1 & 1/2 cup water approx in it.

6. Mix it well to remove all lumps in batter.

7. Heat pan on a medium heat & put some oil in it.

8. Pour a ladleful of batter in pan & spread it evenly.

9. Cook the wheat flour pancake utill it becomes brown in colour.

10. Now flip the pancake & the other side fully cook.

11. Take it out & serve with tomato ketch-up.

12. Your Tasty breakfast is ready.

5. EGG MAGGI RECEPIE

Ingredients for Egg Maggi :

1. Maggi Noodles - 2.

2. Egg - 2 piece.

3. Salt to taste.

4. Butter - 2 tbl spns.

5. Oil - 1 tbl spn.

6. Finely Chopped Green Chilly - 1.

7. Finely Chopped Big Onion - 1.

8. Capsicum Chopped - 1.

9. Carrot Chopped - 1.

10. Tomato Chopped - 1.

11. Red Chilly powder - 1 tea spn.

12. Maggi Masala Taste Maker - 1.

13. Tomato Sauce - 2 tbl spns.

14. Fresh Coriander leaves - 2 tbl spns.


Method for Egg Maggi :

1. Take 2 Maggi Noodles.

2. Boil the noodles for 2-3 minutes  in a pan.

3. Strain the water from the noodles.

4. Pour Normal water to it & strain the water. 

5. Beat 2 Eggs.

6. Put a pinch of salt into eggs.

7. Mix it.

8. Keep aside.

9. Heat 2 tbl spn butter in a pan.

10. Now put 1 tbl spn Oil.

11. Put Green Chilly finely chopped in it.

12. Add 1 big onion finely chopped.

13. Mix for 2 minutes.

14. Put 1 Capsicum finely chopped.

15. Put 1 Carrot finely chopped.

16. Put 1 tomato finely chopped.

17. Mix it.

18. Put some salt to taste.

19. Add 1 tea spn red chilly powder.

20. Add Maggi masala taste maker 1 packet.

21. Mit it well.

22. Add Beaten Eggs into it.

23. Mix it.

24. Add 2 tbl spns tomato sauce to it.

25. Add boiled Noodles.

26. Mix well untill combined.

27. Put fresh coriander leaves to it.

28. Again mix it & your delicious Egg Maggi Recipe is ready to serve.

6. Instant Sooji/Rava Uttapam Recipe

Ingredients for Sooji/Rava Uttapam Recipe :

1. Sooji/Semolina - 1 Cup.

2. Curd - 1 to 3/4 Cup.

3. Tomato finely chopped - 2 tbl spns.

4. Onion finely chopped - 2 tbl spns.

5. Carrot grated - 2 tbl spns.

6. Capsicum finely chopped - 2 tbl spns.

7. Chopped Coriander leaves - 1 to 2 tbl spns.

8. Green Chilly finely chopped - 1 or 2.

9. Ginger finely chopped - 1/2 inch.

10. Salt to taste.

11. Baking Soda - 1/4 tbl spn.

12. Oil - 2 tbl spns.


Method for Sooji /Rava Uttapam Recipe :

1. Take Sooji / Semolina in a bowl.

2. Add Curd/Yogurt into it.

3. Put little salt.

4. Mix it well.

5. Add water & make semi-thick batter.

6. Cover the lid & rest it for 15-20 minutes.

7. After 15 mins,water will be observed by sooji.

8. Add little baking soda in it.

9. Add adequate amount of water to make it semi-thick batter.

10. Put a pan on gas.

11. Grease little oil in pan.

12. Heat up the pan on medium flame.

13. Add 1/2 cup of batter onto hot pan.

14. Spread it in the form of thick disk.

15. Cook it for 2 mins untill slightly thickens.

16. Put little ginger finely chopped on it.

17. Add green chilli finely chopped on it.

18. Put finely chopped Onion on it.

19. Add finely chopped tomato to it.

20. Add Capsicum finely chopped to it.

21. Put grated carrot on it.

22. Add finely chopped coriander leaves on it.

23. Press & attach veggies into thickened batter.

24. Add little Oil on sides & top of it.

25. Cover lid & cook for 2 mins on low flame.

26. Flip other side & cook for another 1 min.

27. That's All,Tasty Sooji Uttapam is ready to serve.

7.Potato Pancake Aloo Cheela

Ingredients for Potato Pancake Aloo Cheela :

1. Grated Potato - 2.

2. Grated Onion - 1.

3. Poha - 1/3 Cup plus 2 tbl spns.

4. Ghee - 1 & 1/2 tbl spns.

5. Salt - 1/2 tea spn.


Method for Potato Pancake Aloo Cheela :

1. Take two big potatoes & grate it.

2. Take one onion & grate it.

3. Mix it well.

4. Put Poha into it & mix it well.

5. Leave the mixture for 5 mins.

6. Add salt to taste.

7. Mix it quickly.

8. Now put a pan on low flame & add 1 & 1/2 tbl spns on it.

9. Melt the ghee on low flame.

10. Spread it in the form of thick disk.

11. Cook it for 3 - 4 mins on medium flame.

12. Flip other side & cook another few minutes.

13. Now your tasty Potato Pancake Aloo Cheela is ready to serve.

14. Now Enjoy the tasty food.
